Services
EMI Wellhead Tubing Inspection
AOS uses the OEM Artis-4 Trip Tool which is the newest, state of the art, high speed technology for well head pipe inspection. It is the only six function well head inspection unit and is the #1 selling well head inspection system in the world. Features include:
Non-contact design
Capable of inspecting production tubing without making contact with the tubing.
100% computer controlled
> 100 high-resolution solid state hall sensors
Capable of pulling wet string
Capable of pulling string with paraffin
Standard Unit is Class 1 Division 2 safety rated
Artis-4 inspects for OD pitting, ID pitting, wall loss (rod wear), holes

Hydrostatic Tubing Testing
Hydrostatic Tubing Testing (HTT) is a way in which the pressure of water is used to inspect production tubing while running in tubing into the well. HTT inspects for collar leaks, holes, splits, high-pressure splits, and wall loss (which will result in bursting tubing). AOS uses bar type tools to for its inspection process which are very close in size to actual drift of tubing which will allow the tools to drift the tubing during inspection. AOS also carries a drift tool that can be attached to its bar type tools so that tubing can be properly drifted during the inspection process if needed. AOS has the equipment to test sizes from 1 ½” to 3 ½” including lined and specialized tubing to pressures up to 15,000 psi.
Torque & Test Services
AOS has the equipment to install and uninstall a BOP's, well heads, wire line equipment, coil tubing, and workover equipment. AOS's units are equipped with hydraulic systems and have been converted to have all parts Class 1 Division 1 rated to be capable to work in areas where the explosive or flammable gases, vapors or liquids can exist under normal, everyday operating conditions. AOS has pumps ranging from 99 HP - 200 HP, pump rates of 8.7 GPM - 28.0 GPM, while being able to achieve test pressures of 15,000 PSI - 10,000 PSI.

AOS performs valve maintenance & greasing, field repair services, and BPV & VR plug services. We have a fully stocked facility along with having access to vendors for a wide selection of parts to be able to repair, maintain & sell most brands gate, check, ball, plug, and control valves. We also service and sell most manual, pneumatic, and electrical actuators. We provide shop and field services from installing Christmas trees, greasing valves to setting BPV & VR plugs.
